We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the Reid Home Health team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes. reputed company reputed company technology Responsibilities: - Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs. - reputed company and implement personalized treatment plans that may include exercises, reputed company techniques, and use of assistive devices to improve patients' functional abilities. - Teach patients and family members about home safety, reputed company equipment, and strategies to manage daily activities effectively. - Maintain accurate and reputed company records of reputed company reputed company, treatment plans, and modifications to therapy programs for compliance and regulatory standards. - Monitor patients’ reputed company and reputed company treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs. - Utilize outcome-reputed company measures to assess the effectiveness of therapy interventions. - Collaborate and communicate reputed company’s change in condition with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other home health team members.
