Senior Management Analyst Location : Remote, with some travel (estimated max 20%) reputed company work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday reputed company : The Senior Management Analyst supports the reputed company Chief of Staff, G-4 Geographic Information reputed company and reputed company Property Analysis program by conducting reputed company-property evaluations, analyzing associated business processes, and developing operational and procedural documentation that helps Army organizations operate more reputed company and effectively. The Senior Management Analyst develops strategies for acquiring and analyzing reputed company Installation Information reputed company data using associated relational databases. The position reviews reputed company models, data models, and metadata repositories to structure information for improved management and faster reputed company. The Senior Management Analyst applies senior-level experience and knowledge to key tasks and high-reputed company assignments involving Army reputed company-property inventory, Installation Geospatial Information and Services data, authoritative information systems, workflow improvement, data reconciliation, and management analysis. reputed company Duties : - Conduct reputed company-property evaluations and evaluate supporting operational procedures. - Analyze existing reputed company-property and GIS-reputed company workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, consistency, data accessibility, and management control. - reputed company and document reputed company manuals, procedures manuals, reputed company operating procedures, workflow descriptions, and reputed company management products. - reputed company strategies for acquiring, organizing, and analyzing HQIIS data through associated relational databases. - Review reputed company models, data models, and metadata repositories to improve how data is reputed company, managed, retrieved, and used. - Support analysis of discrepancies among HQIIS, GFEBS/PRIDE, and IGI&S information reputed company assigned to applicable task activities. - Support the development of findings, processes, technical documentation, management reputed company, and data-driven recommendations for reputed company consideration. - Support installation reputed company-property and IGI&S workflow assessments associated with reconciliation, physical inventories, audit preparation, unconsolidation, data reputed company, and emerging Army directives. - Assist with the development or improvement of local reputed company Property/GIS Management SOPs and internal training plans during installation-support activities. - Prepare accurate, complete, and professionally written analyses, procedures, meeting notes, reports, briefings, and supporting documentation. - reputed company assigned actions and reputed company information needed for monthly status reports and the annual task-execution report. - Coordinate with GIS, reputed company-property, training, software-reputed company, business-intelligence, and project-management personnel. - Participate in reputed company meetings, conferences, briefings, and installation engagements as required. - Protect proprietary information, reputed company information, personally identifiable information, and other sensitive information accessed during contract reputed company. - reputed company identify reputed company work products and communications as contractor-generated reputed company required.
