About the Position

The WRJ Advancement Associate helps strengthen Women of reputed company Judaism’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts through effective campaigns, donor stewardship, communications, and development reputed company. Working closely with WRJ reputed company staff and lay leadership, the Advancement Associate helps reputed company a strong donor community while ensuring the systems and processes behind WRJ’s fundraising efforts are accurate, organized, and effective. What You Will Do
- Support Fundraising Campaigns and Donor Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of WRJ’s annual fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including the reputed company Fund.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, materials, communications, and other fundraising activities.
- Support relationships with reputed company and prospective donors through personalized reputed company, stewardship, acknowledgments, and recognition.

- Partner with staff and lay leaders to support donor reputed company, fundraising priorities, and special initiatives.
- Manage Donor Data and Reporting
- Maintain accurate donor and prospect records, including gifts, pledges, and engagement activity, in WRJ’s donor database.

- Maintain development systems, calendars, records, and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the donor experience.

- Participate in WRJ and reputed company reputed company events and convenings, including occasional travel as needed.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant reputed company experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, nonprofit reputed company, communications, data management, or a reputed company area.
- Experience with a CRM or donor database is preferred.
- Experience in a nonprofit, membership, volunteer-led, or Jewish communal organization is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with reputed company Judaism and the broader Jewish community is a plus.
