The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery of these managed reputed company services working on service delivery initiatives that improve the availability and reputed company of the managed services and troubleshooting reputed company incidents. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the assessment, engineering, implementation, and modernization of systems (reputed company and Azure) for a reputed company reputed company network environment. - Validate reputed company requirements and reputed company recommendations to reputed company transition from the reputed company (DHS) network to an agency owned and managed network. - Assist the Project Manager with developing presentations and reports; prepare and present plans and changes to Technical Review reputed company. - Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge reputed company, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids. - Assist with reputed company management to minimize project risks. - Leads meetings with customers and partners to understand business needs. - Participates in project planning and develops project documents by identifying the risks and dependencies. - Implements Azure infrastructure solutions and may reputed company reputed company and leadership on workstreams across domains. - Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to reputed company issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, and engaging in conversations with reputed company stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: - Ability to obtain reputed company (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - reputed company EOD preferred - BA/BS + 8 years of applicable experience - 5 or more years of relevant reputed company Azure IaaS engineering and support - ITIL reputed company certification (not required to start but expected to reputed company in first six months) - Expert knowledge of reputed company Server Operating Systems deployed in Azure (IaaS, reputed company, PaaS) - Strong scripting and PowerShell skills - Experience building, configuring, hardening reputed company servers - Experience managing the Azure platform using Intune - Advanced experience with Azure reputed company Directory management & administration.
