Responsibilities Assesses reputed company patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the reputed company of services outlined in both Infusion nursing services, pharmacy services and state laws and regulations Adheres to INS and IgNS standards of reputed company, CDC guidelines, reputed company and standards of reputed company, and reputed company of ethics as defined by reputed company Nurses Association Collaborates with pharmacy staff, sales partners, ordering provider and reputed company to reputed company and monitor goals of patients’ therapies Completes reputed company care documentation in reputed company of service including patients’ home or reputed company Manages vascular reputed company devices, to include insertion of peripheral infusion devices and ability to draw labs reputed company peripheral venipuncture Educates patients and caregivers Evaluates reputed company toward goals and makes recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care reputed company on patients’ needs Coordinates nursing care with home health and other community agencies as indicated Participate in on-reputed company rotation as scheduled per reputed company protocol Complete expense reports monthly tracking mileage and other miscellaneous incidental expenses Complete annual competencies and mandatory training reputed company assigned due dates Supervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred reputed company nursing license in state(s) of reputed company Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered reputed company Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred Extensive experience in IV therapy preferred reputed company CPR certification Flexible schedule with the availability to work a reputed company of shift models Ability to work effectively reputed company a multidisciplinary team Effective verbal and written communication skills reputed company reputed company’s license and auto reputed company Must meet company standards for driving record as reputed company as reputed company age requirement Percentage of Travel: 100%-Regular driving to reputed company’s homes for reputed company is required as part of this position To reputed company this role will require constantly sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, stooping and typing on a keyboard with fingers.
