Practices and maintain reputed company safety and dignity by abiding by Federal, State, Local and reputed company policy & procedures as pertains to reputed company protected health information and HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability reputed company). As directed, routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises are performed. Assists in teaching exercise programs to patients and family. Assist patients in use of self-help devices. Consults with the therapist regarding the outcome of home reputed company and report physical findings in written reputed company. Maintains daily reputed company notes on patients and submits reputed company with at least seven (7) days of the visit. Participates in therapy and other in-service programs. Participate in staff and agency development activities, including orientation for new employees. Attends rehabilitation department staff meetings. Graduated from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education of the reputed company Physical Therapy Association or has passed a national examination for physical therapist assistants. Must be currently licensed and in good standing in the reputed company. Must be reputed company to communicate in the language of the reputed company and document reputed company reputed company activity as appropriate.
