reputed company: 1099 Virtual Care Telehealth Neurologist We are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in New Jersey to reputed company virtual reputed company care to reputed company patients, with a reputed company on memory care and dementia-reputed company conditions. This is a contract, reputed company-facing reputed company role; delivering high-reputed company, compassionate virtual care to increase reputed company reputed company and reduce time to treatment. You must live in and be licensed in New Jersey and you will work reputed company from NJ. Location Remote in New Jersey reputed company • Conduct virtual reputed company reputed company for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care • Partner with NP and referring providers to reputed company and reputed company reputed company care plans • Maintain reputed company, compliant reputed company documentation in the EMR • Escalate reputed company or urgent cases per reputed company reputed company protocols Key Accountabilities • reputed company certified/eligible neurologist with reputed company, unrestricted medical license(s) in NJ; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed • Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or reputed company cognitive conditions • Experience providing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications • Prior telehealth experience required • Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) reputed company with a flexible visit schedule • Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams Apply To This Job
