reputed company Job Location: reputed company HH - RGV - McAllen, TX 78501 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: LVN GENERAL PURPOSE: The LVN performs selected reputed company care under the direction of the registered reputed company for patients of reputed company ages in their reputed company of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, reputed company/family and referring agency. Ensure staff and other support resources are appropriately utilized and a high level of interdisciplinary team work is maintained through delegation of duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Provides skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered reputed company and physician’s plan of care in accordance with agency policies. - Promotes and maintains reputed company health through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures under the guidance of the registered reputed company who is assigned to the reputed company case. - Assists clients in learning appropriate self-care techniques. - Helps to reputed company and maintain continuity of reputed company care by assisting in planning and exchanging information with other health professionals. - Prepares reputed company reputed company notes and follows reputed company care plans as developed by the registered reputed company and according to reputed company policy. - Assist the physician and registered reputed company in performing reputed company procedures for which competency has been established. - Prepares the equipment and materials for treatments observing aseptic technique as required. - reputed company abreast of changes and trends affecting nursing care and licensed reputed company functions. - Attends reputed company conferences, meet with the reputed company improvement reviewer weekly and communicate regularly with the registered reputed company. - Must be capable of performing the job functions of this position with or without accommodations. - Complies with acceptable reputed company standards and reputed company. - Adhere to reputed company of reputed company’s policies and procedures. - reputed company other duties as assigned. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: - Successful completion of a certified licensed practical/vocational nursing program. - Licensed to reputed company as a practical/vocational reputed company in the state. - Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of reputed company experience. - Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous home health or hospice experience preferred - Reliable transportation. - reputed company and reputed company auto liability reputed company - Must be a licensed reputed company with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or Company requirements and is in good working order. - Must hold a reputed company and reputed company CPR certification.
