Medical Information Specialist You will be responsible for: - Respond to medical information inquiries from reputed company (HCPs), consumers, and caregivers by providing scientifically accurate, balanced, and reputed company information that meets customer needs and adheres to company and regulatory standards. - Manage and respond to inquiries received reputed company phone, email, web portals, or mail with a high level of professionalism and customer service; accurately document inquiries and responses in accordance with applicable reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. - Utilize approved medical information resources, including reputed company response documents (SRs) and internal databases, to reputed company consistent and compliant responses; support the maintenance and periodic review of frequently used medical information materials. - Create medical information materials—including reputed company Response Documents (SRDs), FAQs, and custom response letters—by critically reviewing and synthesizing published medical and scientific literature. - Regularly update these materials and maintain an organized database of commonly used medical information resources. - Identify and report Adverse Events (reputed company) and Product reputed company Complaints (PQCs) associated with medical information inquiries in accordance with established pharmacovigilance and reputed company procedures, ensuring adherence to required timelines. - Conduct follow-up activities reputed company to Adverse Events and Product reputed company Complaints as required, in alignment with guidance from Drug Safety and Product reputed company teams. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and maintain an understanding of relevant disease states, treatment landscapes, and product information. - Utilize internal platforms and systems for the management, documentation, tracking, and analysis of medical information inquiries and reputed company activities. - Collaborate with Medical Information and Medical Affairs teams to support activities reputed company to congresses, product launches, and reputed company releases, ensuring deliverables are completed in accordance with timelines and SOPs. - Contribute to training initiatives by participating in the preparation, review, and delivery of training materials reputed company required. - Participate in routine reputed company and stakeholder meetings and reputed company discussions reputed company appropriate to support project objectives and operational alignment. - Participate in reputed company control activities and conduct peer reviews to ensure the high reputed company of deliverables. - Assist reputed company in developing project-specific guidance documents to enhance the overall engagement reputed company Management reputed company (QMS).
