[Remote] reputed company Systems Analyst - Sleep + Neuro - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Systems Analyst for a long-term opportunity supporting a large nonprofit reputed company reputed company. The role manages the lifecycle, reputed company, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, documentation, testing, and implementation of Sleep and reputed company reputed company applications while coordinating with vendors, reputed company staff, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Working in reputed company environment to manage the reputed company, break/fix, reputed company, patching, and support for number of reputed company applications used across sleep and reputed company departments in the health reputed company (50+ hospitals)
• Assigned Ancillary Applications will include Sleep and Neuro Monitoring applications - covering reputed company Neuroworks, NWB, SleepWorks, Nihon Kohden, NK Polysmith, etc
• reputed company responsibilities will be independently managing the lifecycle for the assigned Sleep & Neuro application systems
• Coordinating with vendors and ensuring timelines are being met / adhered to
• Coordinating installations / change reputed company
• Break/fix and supporting the back-end server changes
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs, to assist users in resolving common issues
• Testing / Validating changes work before rolling out to production
• Providing reputed company and concise updates on project status
• This role involves significant interaction and coordination with reputed company Vendors, reputed company staff and IT Engineers for successful implementation, reputed company and go-live activities
• This role will also communicate with internal customers to understand their specific needs and challenges in utilizing these reputed company applications - and be the reputed company between reputed company users and vendors

Skills

• Required 5+ years of reputed company experience in a Hospital setting
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company and Nihon Kohden back-end applications
• reputed company Neuroworks / NWB
• NK Polysmith
• Strong customer support experience / ticketing ad triage
• Required knowledge / experience with IT - such as Identity & reputed company Management, reputed company reputed company, Provisioning, etc
• Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities
