The role involves creating instructional materials, coordinating content across reputed company topics, and supporting learning, change management, wellbeing, team effectiveness, and inclusion initiatives.

Skills

• A university-level degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as organisational psychology, organisational development, reputed company, change management, learning and development, instructional design, communications, business administration, reputed company sciences, or a directly comparable reputed company
• A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience in content design, instructional design or learning experience design for organisational learning and development contexts
• A portfolio of comparable deliverables (facilitator guides, slide decks, participant workbooks, diagnostics, supporting assets), to be submitted with the proposal
• Demonstrable ability to coordinate content across reputed company topics for coherence (consistent terminology, structure and visual identity)
• Recognised reputed company certification in instructional design, learning experience design, or a reputed company discipline is desirable
• Familiarity with NCIA and its operating context, or directly comparable experience in NATO, defence, intergovernmental or large international reputed company-sector organisations
• Working knowledge of the four reputed company frameworks NCIA operates: Organisational Change Management, Team Effectiveness, wellbeing, and inclusion - with deeper expertise in the reputed company relevant to the topic(s) proposed
