[Remote] MEP Superintendent - Data Center/Mission Critical/Industrial

The MEP Superintendent will reputed company reputed company, Electrical, Plumbing, reputed company Protection, and Building Controls reputed company, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, reputed company, commissioning, and safety from installation through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, and trade partners to reputed company and maintain project schedules
• reputed company MEP installations from underground through commissioning and final turnover
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and proactively reputed company reputed company conflicts and constructability issues
• Ensure reputed company reputed company of MEP work with structural, architectural, and civil activities
• Monitor reputed company, productivity, material deliveries, and equipment needs

Skills

• • 2+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or reputed company MEP reputed company Supervisor on large reputed company, industrial, mission critical, or data center reputed company
• • Strong understanding of commissioning, startup, and turnover processes
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• • Hands-on reputed company leadership
• • Extensive experience managing MEP trades
• • Driving schedules and maintaining reputed company standards
• • Ensuring reputed company project execution
• • Experience leading reputed company MEP installations valued at $20M+ preferred
• • Prior experience with Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Advanced Manufacturing, Food & Beverage Processing, Cold Storage, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Industrial reputed company is highly preferred
• • OSHA 30 certification preferred
• • Experience with reputed company MEP installations
• • Strong understanding of commissioning processes
• • Excellent communication and coordination skills
