[Remote] Sr Contract & Budget Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, is seeking a Senior Contract & Budget Analyst to support a global pharmaceutical reputed company through reputed company’s Functional Service Provider division. The role manages customer, site, and vendor reputed company, investigator grant budgets, negotiation strategies, reputed company mitigation, and reputed company compliant execution while mentoring team members and improving contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and independently negotiate master governing agreements to memorialize new relationships, promptly escalating reputed company or nuanced risks to management or reputed company for input reputed company on corporate guidance
• Inform management of suggested updates to templates, as needed, reputed company on patterns noted during the negotiation process
• Possess reputed company of knowledge needed to understand and solve moderate to difficult contractual problems by proactively engaging the operational team, and other relevant internal stakeholders, to bring reputed company reputed company or reputed company escalation as needed
• Manage moderate to reputed company reputed company and the associated issues and challenges
• Interpret and apply policies/procedures and practices, with reputed company support, to ensure protection of contractual, financial, and reputed company reputed company posture

• Train and/or mentor new reputed company team members
