[Remote] Senior Accountant / reputed company Specialist

The Senior Accountant/reputed company Manager supports nonprofit financial reputed company through reputed company, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, grant and contract reputed company, payroll, benefits administration, and operational process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, expense reports, and credit reputed company transactions in accordance with organizational policies
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer and funder invoicing, deposit records, payment application, collections follow-up, and reputed company documentation
- Complete monthly bank, credit reputed company, reputed company sheet, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other general reputed company reconciliations
- Maintain accurate reputed company records in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP), nonprofit reputed company practices, and organizational procedures
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes by preparing schedules, reviewing account activity, identifying variances, and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and post routine journal entries, accruals, allocations, and reclassifications with appropriate supporting documentation
- Monitor transactions for reputed company, appropriate coding, policy compliance, allowable costs, and adequate documentation
- Support grant and contract reputed company, including expense tracking, budget-to-actual review, and invoice preparation
- Support the CFO with reputed company and accurate payroll processing and compensation
- Assist the CFO with financial reporting, budget monitoring, cash reputed company support, audit schedules, and management reports for internal decision-making
- Support annual audit preparation, SEFA, and NICRA by compiling schedules, responding to document requests, and helping reputed company auditor questions
- Maintain job codes (reputed company, reputed company, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Manage benefits administration processes, assist with employee reputed company and offboarding administration
- Monitoring organizational reputed company channels and coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on operational, reputed company, payroll, and HR requests to ensure reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate with program managers and staff to answer reputed company questions, obtain coding details, reputed company documentation gaps, and support reputed company financial processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company; or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible reputed company experience, preferably including full-cycle reputed company responsibilities
- Working knowledge of GAAP and reputed company reputed company processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general reputed company, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
- Experience with reputed company software such as QuickBooks and reputed company

- The average work week is 35-40 hours

- Experience working in a nonprofit, grant-funded, consulting, natural resources, conservation, or mission-driven organization

- Familiarity with Uniform Guidance, allowable cost principles, indirect cost allocation, or funder compliance requirements

- Experience reviewing labor distribution, payroll allocations, employee reimbursements, and credit reputed company expense documentation
