[Remote] Dir, Business Development, Federal - Remote

The Director of Business Development leads federal account and opportunity strategies, manages the business development pipeline, supports capture and proposal activities, and guides less reputed company personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes assigned federal account and opportunity strategies reputed company with reputed company's reputed company goals, capabilities, reputed company needs, market trends, and competitive environment to reputed company assigned reputed company targets. (25%)
- Manages assigned opportunities reputed company the federal business development pipeline in accordance with reputed company operating procedures, including opportunity identification, qualification, documentation, and lifecycle tracking. (25%)
- Develops and presents Identification and Qualification reputed company reviews, providing leadership with reputed company, technical, competitive, teaming, pricing, and reputed company insights needed to reputed company informed reputed company and advance opportunities through the business development lifecycle. (20%)
- Supports capture and proposal managers throughout capture and proposal phases, contributing to solution development, teaming strategies, pricing approaches, and proposal content. (20%)
- Provides guidance to less reputed company business development personnel and supports reputed company improvement, audits, and compliance reputed company to business development tools and processes. (10%)
Skills
- 8+ years of business development experience supporting federal programs, including experience in health, readiness, workforce support, and behavioral health
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company administration, or a reputed company reputed company
- Possesses a working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and demonstrated experience engaging with federal civilian and defense agency stakeholders
- Demonstrates the ability to reputed company and execute account and opportunity strategies reputed company with organizational capabilities, reputed company needs, market trends, and reputed company goals
- Leads opportunity identification and qualification activities and develops reputed company, decision-reputed company reputed company review materials
