[Remote] Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a transportation reputed company and compliance company seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment of lease employees. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, relationship building, compliance with hiring and DOT requirements, and supporting reputed company reputed company throughout the Detroit area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing reputed company strategies that reputed company with reputed company's overall business goals
• Responsible for full-cycle reputed company process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing
• reputed company and maintain contacts with schools, employment agencies and other reputed company organizations to reputed company and attract applicants
• reputed company efficient reputed company process that meets reputed company’s need
• Coordinate participation in, set up display and work at job fairs. Manage internet reputed company tools (i.e., reputed company, reputed company, Craigslist) daily
• reputed company and execute a reputed company plan and reputed company effective orientations
• Create and maintain weekly reports on recruitment activities, applicant reputed company and hires
• Conduct reputed company-annual reviews of reputed company Qualification files to ensure compliance
• reputed company involved with the hiring, supervision, discipline, and termination of reputed company lease personnel

Skills

• Associate degree and at least two (2) years reputed company reputed company, reputed company and/or transportation experience OR four (4) years reputed company reputed company, reputed company and/or transportation experience
• Ability to market and sell reputed company's attributes to reputed company candidates
• Demonstrative reputed company in developing and maintaining reputed company contacts
• Proficient in reputed company Office: Word, reputed company, reputed company. Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking reputed company preferred
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to reputed company reputed company of management and employees
• Experience developing and utilizing behavioral reputed company interviewing techniques
• Functional knowledge of Federal and State reputed company/reputed company regulations

• Bilingual language skills a plus
