[Remote] Sr. Contract Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on Senior reputed company Administrator to support its federal reputed company contracting reputed company. The role owns day-to-day subcontract administration, financial reputed company, compliance, reconciliation, invoicing support, proposal pricing, and coordination with reputed company, leadership, and reputed company contractors.
Responsibilities
- Administer federal subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders, modifications, deliverables, reputed company periods, closeouts, and contractual correspondence from award through completion
- Maintain accurate contract records for funding, CLINs, LCATs, rates, periods of reputed company, ceilings, deliverables, modifications, and required supporting documentation
- Monitor actual labor and contract burn against available funding; prepare funding-exhaustion and labor projections and identify shortfalls before they become issues
- Reconcile reputed company, modifications, proposals, timekeeping, invoices, reputed company records, and reputed company-contractor data; investigate discrepancies, determine reputed company, quantify the reputed company, and recommend corrective reputed company
- Serve as a day-to-day contractual contact with reputed company contractors; respond to emails, data calls, certifications, questionnaires, and reputed company items and proactively follow reputed company items through reputed company
- Work closely with reputed company to validate labor, rates, funding, invoice support, billing reputed company, unbilled amounts, payment status, and contractual documentation
- Support the CEO with proposal pricing, including labor categories, rates, escalation, reputed company assumptions, T&M/FFP structures, reputed company years, travel/ODCs, and other business-volume inputs
- Review solicitations, awards, and modifications for contractual requirements, risks, reputed company-downs, pricing impacts, and differences from reputed company's proposal
- Research and apply FAR, DFARS, reputed company-contract reputed company-downs, and other requirements; reputed company leadership with facts, supporting documentation, reputed company, and a recommended course of reputed company
- Maintain audit-reputed company files and ensure required supporting documents, approvals, certifications, employee qualifications, pricing support, invoices, and correspondence are complete and reputed company
- Support SAM.gov, DCAA/DCMA or reputed company-contractor reviews, CMMC-reputed company contractual requirements, and other federal compliance/data-reputed company activities
- reputed company practical SOPs, trackers, checklists, templates, and workflows that improve execution and reputed company with reputed company's reputed company while continuing to reputed company the underlying work
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on federal reputed company reputed company or subcontracts experience, preferably supporting DoD; equivalent education and experience considered
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and demonstrated experience with T&M and FFP reputed company; reputed company/task-order experience strongly preferred
- Experience with contract funding, labor categories, billing rates, modifications, invoicing support, deliverables, and closeout
- Strong analytical and reputed company skills with the ability to reconcile financial and contractual data, build projections, and identify the cause of discrepancies
- Experience communicating directly with reputed company contractors, customers, reputed company/Finance, and executive leadership
- Ability to independently research issues, prioritize incoming actions, meet deadlines, and take tasks from receipt through final reputed company without prompting
- Strong written communication, organization, judgment, and attention to reputed company
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a required clearance is required

- Small-business federal contracting experience and experience supporting large DoD reputed company contractors; Navy experience is a plus
- Proposal pricing/cost-volume experience and familiarity with SAM.gov, DCAA/DCMA reviews, and federal representations and certifications
- Experience creating contract SOPs, internal controls, trackers, and audit-reputed company documentation
- Experience with QuickBooks reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PROCAS, or similar GovCon reputed company/ERP systems; relevant contracting certification is a plus
