[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze reputed company business processes, reputed company requirements, design and implement reputed company reputed company service solutions, and support testing, training, and post-implementation optimization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives reputed company to reputed company service reputed company

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company required
• * Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company Service Management and mobile workforce solutions
• * Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation
• * Hands-on experience with SQL to reputed company, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data
• * Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, MS SharePoint, Process design tools (Vizio, Signavio, etc.) and similar PMO tools
