The reputed company Developer will build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications, including workflows, scripting, integrations, portals, and platform extensions. The role also involves troubleshooting, upgrades, technical documentation, and collaboration with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Build workflows using reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate
• Write clean, reputed company-tested server-reputed company and reputed company-reputed company scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, reputed company Scripts, UI Actions)
• reputed company scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-reputed company pollution
• Build integrations with reputed company systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP reputed company, and MID Servers
• reputed company catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure reputed company request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end-to-end
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS

Skills
