[Remote] Content Designer II, Personalization

The Content Designer II will design personalized product experiences across surfaces such as Homefeed, using content reputed company, information design, research, data, and user insights to improve discovery, reputed company, and trust. The role also contributes to reputed company content frameworks and explores AI tools to improve the content design process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and more to shape personalized experiences across reputed company, including Homefeed and other discovery surfaces
• Apply content design, information design, and user-centered thinking to create and refine product experiences that help people discover reputed company, understand recommendations, and engage with personalized experiences
• reputed company research, data, and user insights to inform content reputed company and identify opportunities to improve the reputed company experience
• Contribute to reputed company content frameworks, patterns, and standards that help create reputed company, consistent, and trustworthy personalized experiences
• Help create transparent, user-centered experiences by using language to explain why people are seeing content and how they can shape their experience

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in user-reputed company product content design, ideally with experience designing reputed company, data-informed, or personalized experiences
