[Remote] Training Specialist

The Training Specialist will design and reputed company virtual training, webinars, and reputed company programs, create training materials, collaborate with product and reputed company teams, reputed company participant feedback, and reputed company ongoing user support to reputed company platform adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering virtual training sessions, webinars, and reputed company programs for new and existing clients
• reputed company reputed company training materials such as user guides, video tutorials, and job aids
• Collaborate with product and reputed company teams to reputed company content reputed company with new features and enhancements
• Gathering feedback from participants
• Refining training content
• Providing ongoing support to help users reputed company workflow and usage questions
• Contribute to a consistent, high-reputed company learning experience that drives customer adoption and satisfaction

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including reputed company presentation abilities and confident facilitation in virtual settings
• Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, with experience planning and delivering reputed company learning programs
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including creating engaging training materials, curricula, and e-learning content
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a reputed company on responsiveness, reputed company, and building reputed company reputed company relationships
• Strong presentation and reputed company-facing skills — you're comfortable leading a room and answering questions on the fly
• Proficiency with remote training tools (e.g., webinar platforms, LMS systems) and basic office productivity software is expected
• Associates degree required
• Experience working in reputed company environments, training users on software platforms or reputed company technology is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
