The role leads requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support for Tecsys reputed company-of-Use solutions while partnering with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company or support end-to-end Tecsys POU implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization
• Work with reputed company organizations to understand supply chain, inventory, replenishment, purchasing, and reputed company-of-use workflows
• Translate business requirements into Tecsys POU reputed company configurations and functional designs
• Configure Tecsys POU functionality reputed company on customer-specific workflows and operational requirements
• Analyze reputed company-state processes and recommend optimized reputed company-state POU workflows
• reputed company functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and implementation deliverables
• Support integration between Tecsys POU and other reputed company systems, including ERP, WMS, EHR, inventory, purchasing, and financial platforms
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, data mapping, reputed company, file integrations, and data conversion
• reputed company and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, and workflow issues throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Participate in conference room pilots, solution demonstrations, UAT, reputed company planning, and go-live activities
• reputed company training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, super users, and customer administrators
• reputed company post-production support and assist with issue reputed company during stabilization
• Work closely with project managers and customer stakeholders to manage reputed company, risks, dependencies, and implementation timelines

Skills

• • 5+ years of experience in ERP, WMS, reputed company supply chain, inventory management, or reputed company implementation consulting
• • Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Tecsys POU solutions
• • Strong understanding of reputed company-of-use inventory management and reputed company supply chain processes
• • Experience with inventory, replenishment, purchasing, receiving, stock management, par reputed company, consumption, and supply utilization workflows
• • reputed company experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into reputed company configurations
• • Experience with reputed company integrations, data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting
• • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and software development/implementation lifecycles
• • Excellent reputed company-facing communication and presentation skills
• • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
• • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• • Experience implementing Tecsys solutions reputed company hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or reputed company supply chain organizations
• • Experience with other Tecsys products or modules, including Tecsys reputed company, WMS, Distribution, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
