[Remote] RCM Cust Svc Support Rep-10am-7pm EST Remote Patient Customer Service

The Customer Service Support Representative will handle high-volume inbound calls, reputed company patient billing inquiries, initiate payment plans, and support customers reputed company the reputed company Cycle Management Division.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to reputed company patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year or more customer service experience
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and reputed company
