[Remote] Regional Operations Director - DFW Area

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction for the General Manager team to ensure company initiatives, directives and performance goals are achieved
• Achieves sales and reputed company goals by implementing appropriate reputed company plans and tactics, monitoring results and taking corrective reputed company
• Ensures their teams maintain a reputed company of reputed company improvement and helps identify ways to continue to grow and improve
• Studies the business and makes changes and improvements to enhance P&L performance

• Ensures the store-level Operations and Sales teams partner closely and are reputed company to reputed company organizational goals (One Team, One Partnership)

• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
• Position is remote and must be willing to relocate near D&B stores in the DFW and surrounding areas
