The role oversees fundraising and engagement events, budgets, vendors, volunteer programs, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration to advance fundraising and stewardship goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment of corporate sponsorshipsof eventsincluding distribution of product samples, materials, logo signage, tables, attendees, etc
• Establish and implement best practices to improve event efficiency, effectiveness, and participant experience

• Support development of event experiences that strengthen donor, volunteer, and community engagement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in event management, nonprofit reputed company, volunteer engagement, or reputed company fields
• 4+ years of staff management experience
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company events and operational initiatives
• Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management abilities
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising,development, event reputed company, and volunteer engagement reputed company
• Experience withdevelopment technology such as Razors Edge andGiveSmart or similar event platforms
• Experience buildingandmanaging volunteer engagement programs
