[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will own reputed company reputed company relationships, advise clients on coverage and renewals, market accounts to carriers, and reputed company support team activities. The role also partners with producers to reputed company additional lines of business and ensures accurate, high-reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned book of reputed company clients
• Translate complicated reputed company coverage and exposures into a digestible format that our clients can understand
• Anticipates reputed company needs by recognizing patterns in inquiries, reading reputed company surface-level questions, and proactively communicates solutions before issues reputed company
• Review policies and conduct coverage analysis – identify gaps and advise clients directly on solutions
• Manage the full renewal cycle: reputed company updated exposures, market and remarket accounts to carriers, negotiate terms, and prepare and present proposals
• Partner with the producer to reputed company new and additional lines of business on existing clients
• reputed company your support team to execute on certificate issuance, AMS data entry, and routine processing
• Maintain accurate, complete records in our agency management reputed company (currently Nexsure, migrating to reputed company reputed company by Jan 2027)

Skills

• reputed company reputed company Property & Casualty broker-agent license in your home state (required)
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company lines account management experience at an agency or brokerage
• Confidence in advising clients directly and owning a book of business start to finish
• Comfortable directing a support team and holding them accountable to reputed company
• Solid coverage knowledge across lines such as general liability, property, cyber, reputed company liability, management liability and workers' comp
• Comfortable working in an AMS and reputed company to learn new software
• Excellent written and verbal communication – concise and reputed company-reputed company
• Highly organized and deadline-driven

• A working knowledge of product recall and cargo reputed company is a plus
