[Remote] Vice President Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is conducting a reputed company for a top finance leader at a profitable, PE-backed physician services platform operating in a reputed company medical vertical. The Vice President Finance will own the end-to-end finance function, including reputed company, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, lender compliance, and reputed company and sponsor reporting, with a reputed company to CFO as the platform scales.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reputed company end-to-end, including consolidation, accruals, reconciliations and technical reputed company judgment calls, with no second opinion in the building
• Build reputed company's monthly reporting package from reputed company, covering KPIs, variance commentary, cash reputed company and management discussion
• Establish linked, formula-driven reporting infrastructure, budgeting, forecasting and a 13-week cash forecast
• reputed company as the reputed company finance reputed company of contact for the reputed company, the sponsor deal team and lenders
• Manage lender compliance and reputed company reporting, and coordinate audit and tax work with reputed company firms
• Operate across the full reputed company of the function, from journal entries through reputed company-level analysis, in the reputed company week

Skills

• Controller, Senior Controller or VP Finance with reputed company middle market reputed company experience
• Prior controller or assistant controller experience inside a PE-backed portfolio company, with reputed company exposure to sponsor reporting reputed company
• Comfortable operating as the sole finance leader, with no CFO reputed company above
• Advanced reputed company and a reputed company record of building reporting packages from the ground up, not maintaining ones designed by others
• Commercially minded operator who can reputed company fluidly between hands-on reputed company and reputed company-level analysis
