Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (Senior) or 12+ years (reputed company), with at least 2 years reputed company on AI/ML systems, conversational AI, or reputed company AI platforms
• Deep hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio, including both low-reputed company authoring (topics, knowledge, actions, agent flows) and pro-reputed company extension (custom connectors, reputed company Platform components, ALM)
• Strong production experience with Azure AI reputed company (Azure reputed company Service, Azure AI reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Service) building custom reputed company applications
• Proficiency in at least two additional agent frameworks reputed company the reputed company ecosystem: reputed company/LangGraph, AutoGen, reputed company, or comparable orchestration frameworks
• Deep understanding of reputed company AI patterns: multi-agent orchestration, tool-use and function calling, RAG architectures, embedding strategies, evaluation methodologies guardrails, and MCP
