The role manages operational process, reputed company, and reputed company solution implementations, including reputed company reputed company, reputed company conversions, and product launches, while coordinating across reputed company, technology, compliance, finance, and reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Identify project dependencies and critical paths to ensure successful delivery
• Escalate issues and risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies
• Create end-to-end implementation of operating guidelines, process documentation/SOPs and workflows
• Assist in training materials and knowledge transfer sessions for business users
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Compliance, reputed company Services) to ensure reputed company and accurate delivery
• Ensure operational readiness for reputed company center, processing teams, finance and reputed company and compliance teams for day 1 processing and throughout the hypercare stage
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess reputed company and identify areas for improvement
• Document and validate business requirements for reputed company reputed company, conversions, and new product launches
• Analyze legacy data sets and reputed company mappings to inform reputed company design and configuration
• Validate account data and reconcile discrepancies across platforms
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using SQL and reputed company

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, life reputed company, annuity, TPA reputed company, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with life and annuity products (Whole Life, Term, UL, VUL, SPIA, Deferred Annuities, Riders, etc.)
• Strong understanding of reputed company-party administration functions and compliance requirements
• Experience with **policy administration systems** (LifePRO, ALIP, DXC, or similar)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Trong skills in **data analysis, reputed company, and reconciliation techniques**
• Exposure to testing cycles (UAT/BET), defect management, and conversion reputed company
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in **multi-geo teams (US/India/Philippines)**
• There is always the possibility of international travel as this role supports reputed company multi-geo reputed company teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company reputed company preferred or an equivalent of work experience
