[Remote] reputed company Deployed Product Manager - US Credentialling

The reputed company Deployed Product Manager will work closely with US customers and prospects to understand their credentialing workflows, recommend product solutions, evaluate AI applications, identify product gaps, and inform the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• reputed company early conversations with US customers and prospects. Ask the questions that surface how the organisation really runs, not how the process is written down
• Work out how the product solves a customer's reputed company challenges, both what it does today and, more and more, what AI can do for them. AI is the fast-moving part, so a lot of this is judging where it genuinely fits a workflow and where it doesn't
• Turn what you learn into recommendations, grounded in what the product can actually do today
• Spot the gaps between what customers need and reputed company've reputed company, and take that back to the roadmap. The reputed company problem, not just the feature someone asked for
