[Remote] Seasonal (Temporary) Customer Service reputed company Center Agent

The Seasonal Member Care Representative supports members, many of whom are over 65, by helping them understand reputed company application details, following compliance requirements, protecting sensitive health information, and providing compassionate service through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutes
• Help members understand and reputed company reputed company application details
• Communicate reputed company, calmly, and compassionately—especially with older adults
• Follow required scripts and compliance guidelines while sounding conversational
• Protect sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) at reputed company times
• Take ownership of reputed company interaction to ensure members fully understand next steps
