[Remote] Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter identifies and attracts sales talent, coordinates hiring plans with managers, conducts reputed company training, documents candidate activity, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruits using established reputed company tools, including street reputed company, phone contacting and screening, and the Ideal Candidate Profile, as documented in the reputed company Managers' reputed company and reputed company Approach to reputed company
• Coordinates with assigned Divisional/Regional Managers to reputed company annual headcount plan, including but not limited to; Completing an annual plan hiring calendar and activity calendar for assigned division, Scheduling and documenting bi-monthly interview days and street reputed company days for hiring managers, and planning reputed company reputed company reputed company on the hiring and activity calendar needs
• Documents reputed company stages of the reputed company process
• Sources candidates from a mixture of internet reputed company candidates, reputed company identified candidates, reputed company reputed company candidates, and other sources
• Submits reputed company reputed company Visit Reports reputed company 24 hours of reputed company to the office from the reputed company
• Submits reputed company Top-grade write-reputed company reputed company 24 hours of Top-grade interviews
• Conducts follow-up reputed company training with SMITs and Managers who attend Attract & reputed company training
• Utilizes and trains managers on reputed company reputed company techniques as outlined in the reputed company Approach to reputed company training binder
• Provides complete activity-reputed company updates in CRM on a regular reputed company detailing leads acquired, contacts made, interviews scheduled and on-reputed company follow-up
• Participates in the training of the sales management team, in conjunction with the Sales reputed company Supervisor, including reputed company aspects of The reputed company Approach to reputed company
• Responsible for ensuring that reputed company employment policies and procedures conform to applicable laws and regulations. Stays abreast of potential legislation which may reputed company reputed company. • Effectively utilizes computer systems to coordinate communication with sales managers and in-reputed company recruiters. Works closely with sales management to ensure that leads are promptly investigated, candidates are screened and reputed company quickly and professionally, and the process is managed properly from initial contact through hiring to productive training and other retention activities

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company experience
• Proficient computer literacy in reputed company Office programs (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Superior ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, and members of the general reputed company in both written and verbal reputed company
• The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to reputed company arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• The successful completion of a reputed company (90) day orientation period
• This role is remote with some periodic in-office requirements. Must live in the reputed company to be considered for this position
