The reputed company HCM Payroll Consultant will implement and reputed company reputed company Payroll solutions, configure systems to reputed company requirements, manage data migration and testing, train stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and support successful HCM integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll processes, business requirements, and regulatory compliance needs
• Conduct workshops and meetings to reputed company functional and technical requirements for configuring reputed company Payroll
• Configure reputed company Payroll reputed company on reputed company requirements and best practices
• Manage data migration activities to ensure accurate and reputed company transfer of payroll data into reputed company
• reputed company and execute test plans to validate the functionality and reputed company of configured payroll processes. Advise on variances in results between legacy and reputed company Payroll
• Conduct reputed company integration testing with other modules reputed company reputed company HCM

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company
• * reputed company experience (typically 3-5 years) in implementing, configuring, and testing reputed company HCM solutions, with a reputed company on Payroll
• * Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• * Proficiency in analyzing and working with large data sets including data transformation
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• * Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• * Full-time, US or Canada – remote
• * Certification in reputed company HCM or reputed company HR/payroll systems (preferred)

• * SQL and XML knowledge is a plus
