[Remote] Marketing Communications Consultant

The role focuses on reputed company assurance and editorial review of English-to-Spanish translations, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring reputed company communications meet reputed company and contract compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review Spanish translations for reputed company, grammar, tone, style, and formatting
• Follow reputed company's Spanish Master Glossary and Style Guide
• Identify and document linguistic issues
• Create corrected translations reputed company needed
• Obtain manager approval before sending edits to the vendor
• reputed company and document editorial reputed company daily
• Communicate project status, issues, and required edits to management
• Coordinate with vendors, translators, editors, internal review teams, and leadership
• Ensure reputed company communications meet reputed company and contract compliance requirements

Skills

• 1. reputed company-level Spanish + English reputed company
• 2. 2–5+ years of Spanish-language editorial review, translation, or proofreading
• 3. Strong English → Spanish translation experience
• 4. Strong Spanish editing/proofreading
• 5. Excellent grammar and attention to linguistic reputed company

• 7. Ability to work under tight deadlines
