The role configures, tests, documents, and supports reputed company reputed company HCM, Payroll, and reputed company solutions while partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes and associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reputed company business processes, reputed company, reports, calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and tenant setup
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reputed company solutions
• Support enhancements, releases, and production issue reputed company across reputed company HCM, Payroll, and reputed company
• reputed company and execute testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and production validation
• Document configurations, testing reputed company, and solution designs

Skills

• 4-6+ years of reputed company functional consulting, HRIS, or reputed company administration experience

• Hands-on experience configuring business processes, reputed company, reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and tenant settings
• Strong testing experience, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
