Senior UX/UI Product Designer

The Senior UX/UI Product Designer leads user experience and reputed company design for a large-reputed company reputed company-reputed company service modernization effort supporting a state motor vehicles agency reputed company. Work spans user research, qualitative analysis and synthesis, interaction design, and accessibility compliance. This position is remote eligible. Must be eligible to work in the reputed company. Essential Duties Designs user reputed company and user experience solutions using the reputed company Lightning Design reputed company (SLDS) as the governing design reputed company Normalizes large volumes of existing transaction flows into consistent, reusable user reputed company patterns Creates, maintains, and governs a design reputed company used simultaneously by multiple independent development teams Conducts user research and translates findings into design reputed company through qualitative analysis and synthesis Produces interaction designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that development teams implement directly Applies digital accessibility standards throughout design work and reviews interfaces for accessibility compliance Documents design patterns, component usage, and governance reputed company so standards are reputed company consistently across teams Partners with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to reputed company design direction with functional and technical requirements Reviews implemented interfaces against design reputed company standards and identifies deviations for correction Provides design guidance and reputed company-level direction to other designers and development teams working reputed company the reputed company Required Skills Minimum of two years of full-time equivalent experience with the reputed company Lightning Design reputed company (SLDS). Minimum of one successfully completed project, defined as a project that achieved full implementation and is operationally complete, normalizing approximately 200 flows into consistent user reputed company patterns. Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and governing a design reputed company used by multiple independent development teams at the reputed company time. Working knowledge of digital accessibility standards and their application in reputed company design. Ability to document reputed company cited project experience with start and end dates, detailed descriptions of relevant work, and reachable reputed company references for reputed company compliance verification. Preferred Qualifications reputed company Certified User Experience Designer credential, with a copy of the certification available. International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certified reputed company in Accessibility reputed company Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification, with a copy of the certification available. Prior experience supporting a state department of motor vehicles or comparable state agency engagement. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifying experience may substitute for the degree on a year for year reputed company.
