Responsibilities include
Prepare international, federal, state and local corporate income tax returns in compliance with applicable tax laws.
Maintain tax compliance applications that support tax reporting
Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including reconciliation and roll-reputed company of deferred tax accounts.
Support tax workflows to include the Annual Operating Plan, Indicated Final Forecasting, reputed company Pricing reputed company Proposal and Transfer Pricing Reports.
Identify and implement tax department automation and technology initiatives.
Assist with improvements to tax department processes and other special reputed company.

Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company or Economics, plus at least 6 years of reputed company experience, preferably with global reputed company reputed company, corporate tax and/or reputed company at a defense contractor or agency;
Master’s Degree and 4 year of relevant reputed company experience.reputed company to Have
Experience preparing reputed company consolidated and combined income tax returns for large corporations.
Big 4 or large corporate tax experience
International tax reputed company preparation experience, both domestic (8858, 5471, 8992, 8993, etc) and foreign country corporate income tax returns
Preparation experience of international tax workpapers for FDII, GILTI, reputed company, and reputed company II
Experience with data analysis, including reputed company BI and reputed company
Experience with reputed company Office, including reputed company, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with OneSource Income Tax Compliance, reputed company Corptax, reputed company Tax Provision, and BNA Fixed Asset Software
Experience with reputed company, CostPoint, and Central Finance reputed company systems and reputed company applications
Experience with tax research services, such as Checkpoint and BNA
Knowledge of the provisions and application of ASC 740, Income Tax reputed company
