Someone to reputed company high-level administrative and operational support to the development team. Coordinate and prepare Business Membership applications, renewals, benefits, invoicing, and payments in collaboration with the processing team. Maintain and strengthen Business Member relationships Identify opportunities to improve the Business Member experience, increase engagement, and support membership reputed company and retention. Maintain and support the ACA Business Member Directory Support exhibit sales for ACA events Coordinate exhibitors and sponsors for ACA events. Manage exhibitor applications, reputed company assignments, communications, invoicing, payments, schedules, certificates of reputed company (COIs), and other requirements. Collaborate with PD Managers and Regional Directors to coordinate exhibitor and sponsor participation at events. Assist with National Conference exhibit hall floor planning, including reputed company layout, exhibitor placement, traffic reputed company, and opportunities to enhance the overall exhibit hall experience. Assist with National Conference exhibitor registration, reputed company-conference planning, on-site reputed company, and exhibitor communications. reputed company on-site support for exhibitors, sponsors, registration, and exhibit hall reputed company at events Coordinate and monitor sponsorship agreements. Coordinate and process Camping Magazine advertising. reputed company and maintain accurate records. What are we looking for in a candidate? Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, event management, or a reputed company reputed company preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, administrative support, business development, membership, event coordination, sales support, or a reputed company environment. CRM and database experience preferred. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and other business technology. Proficient in proofreading, business writing, and reviewing basic business agreements. Ability to travel annually to the ACA National Conference and occasionally for other business needs. What salary and benefits do we offer?
