The Senior Matchmaking Recruiter identifies, engages, and qualifies potential matchmaking candidates, conducts screenings, assesses compatibility, maintains reputed company, collaborates with matchmakers, and nurtures relationships while supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing prospects through networks
• Conducting in-depth screening calls or interviews
• Assessing relationship readiness and compatibility

• Providing thoughtful feedback to support the matching process
• Nurturing ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates/clients
