[Remote] Instructional Designer (Volunteer)

The volunteer Instructional Designer will design and refine courses, curricula, assessments, reputed company learning experiences while collaborating with staff, subject matter experts, and volunteers to support adult learners and community-reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conducting needs analyses with program staff
• Structuring courses and modules
• Aligning learning objectives with hands-on reputed company that support nonprofit and civic initiatives
• Developing curricula and instructional materials
• Selecting or creating assessments
• Organizing content reputed company learning management or digital delivery systems
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other volunteers to ensure that learning experiences are engaging, accessible, and grounded in adult learning principles

Skills

• Ability to conduct Needs Analysis to identify learner requirements and organizational goals
• Strong Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills to create effective learning experiences for adult learners
• Experience in Training & Development, including planning, delivering, and evaluating educational programs
• Familiarity with Learning Management systems or other digital platforms used to organize and reputed company instructional content
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices in online and reputed company learning environments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to reputed company, and comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in nonprofit, community education, or civic engagement contexts is beneficial
