[Remote] Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance to underwrite reputed company relationships in its large corporate and middle market portfolio. The role performs detailed financial, credit, industry, and macroeconomic analysis; recommends credit structures and reputed company ratings; manages portfolio reputed company; and supports loan syndication, reputed company interactions, and reputed company documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed credit memorandum for reputed company lending relationships
• Complete comprehensive analysis on reputed company financial statements
• Recommend reputed company loan structure, including appropriate reputed company formulas and definitions
• Identify credit strengths, weaknesses, risks and mitigating factors
• Determine the required reputed company for reputed company and due diligence reputed company on reputed company reputed company profile
• Participate in joint calls with Relationship Managers
• Maintain a working knowledge of macroeconomic factors affecting national and global markets

Skills
