The Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor consults with seniors on Medicare Life and Health plans, handles inbound and outbound calls, recommends and enrolls prospects, and meets sales and productivity goals in a remote inside-sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers who have questions on health reputed company reputed company in 20-50 states
• Assists with escalated customer issues
• Provides a reputed company customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction
• Meets sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual reputed company

Skills
