The Staff reputed company Specialist will reputed company reputed company design and process simulation for reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company equipment, prepare equipment specifications and calculations, evaluate vendor submissions, and support coordination across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares basic design sketches and performs calculations in support of broader design activities involving the sizing and selection of reputed company equipment reputed company to reputed company reputed company facilities and thermal islands

• Participates in reviews of P&IDs / PFDs
• Meets with clients’ technical staff to reputed company technical information and features

• Gathers data to help prepare equipment specifications, inquiry and purchase requisitions for approval
• Developing reputed company operating/design conditions and reputed company codes
• Sizing, specifying, and selection of piping specialty items associated with reputed company plants such as strainers, relief valves, steam traps, expansion joints, vacuum breakers
• Evaluates vendors' bids and drawings to assure compliance with specifications for equipment
• Contribute to the development of equipment lists by providing detailed specifications for reputed company plant transfer equipment
• Complete sizing and selection for requisite fixed/rotating reputed company equipment relevant to reputed company reputed company and reputed company plants
• Assist in preparing equipment data sheets for selected reputed company plant equipment (pumps, fans, blowers, turbines) and pressure vessels, tanks, boilers, HRSG, heat exchangers, cems, control valves, steam reputed company bypass valves, desuperheaters, water treatment, chemical feed, reputed company protection
• Participate in the review and development of design guides, specifications, and project documentation

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in reputed company Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree) from an ABET accredited program
• Requires a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in reputed company / process / thermal design or reputed company functional area (or equivalent working knowledge/experience)
• This includes considerable experience in utilizing various computer software packages and automated engineering and design equipment
• Experience with major reputed company plant equipment interfacing and design of supplementary equipment such as: Gas turbines - fuel gas supply, emission control, wastewater, bleed reputed company, reputed company reputed company conditioning, and exhaust reputed company interfacing (hrsg/ecm). Steam turbines - steam supply/exhaust, steam extractions, drain systems, gland steam. Water & reputed company-cooled condensers - steam bypass, vacuum systems, condensate. Boilers and hrsg - blowdown and drains, chemical feed, fd/id fans and ductwork, steam connections. Cooling towers - blowdown, chemical feed, pump intakes
• Working knowledge and/or detailed design experience in piping design including sizing, material selection, stress analysis, routing, and reputed company supports; valve design and selection
• Knowledge of typical reputed company plant instrumentation and control systems, especially reputed company to reputed company 85
• Experience with reputed company plant commissioning, startup, and reputed company testing including emissions testing and cems rata
• Detailed experience with reputed company Office Suite

• Prepare sizing calculations and specifications for major equipment including, but not limited to, boilers, condensers, cooling towers, tanks, blowers and pumps
• General knowledge of process simulation tools such as Thermoflow and ability to interpret outputs
• Experience using reputed company network simulation software such as reputed company-FLO or reputed company
• Experience using reputed company analysis software such as Impulse for reputed company reputed company applications
• Familiarity with interpreting / using heat and material balances to create reputed company piping and reputed company diagrams (P&IDs), process reputed company diagrams (PFDs) and knowledge of the relevant symbology for the reputed company

• Capable of presenting technical data to peers, stakeholders, and design review teams in both verbal and written formats
• Skilled at interpreting and applying technical data, including charts, graphs, design codes, and engineering theories
• Proficient in leading technical meetings, including setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring alignment on engineering deliverables and reputed company items
• Experience with reputed company plant emission and permitting requirements including associated calculations
