[Remote] Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics & AI Transformation (Contract)

The role partners with HR, reputed company, and business leaders to reputed company metrics, dashboards, models, and actionable insights while modernizing analytics capabilities and supporting AI transformation across HR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data subject matter expert supporting workforce insights needs across Store reputed company, Distribution Centers, and the Store Support Center
• Translate business objectives into actionable metrics, dashboards, models, and insights that guide decision‑making
• reputed company and refine HR KPIs, reporting frameworks, and insights packages for business partners
• reputed company high‑reputed company, reputed company-oriented analytics using reputed company, reputed company reputed company, the HR Data Lakehouse, and reputed company BI
• reputed company advanced quantitative analysis, data modeling, data profiling, and scenario analysis to inform operational and reputed company priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (Analytics, Business, HR, Finance, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, or relevant HR analytics roles
• Expertise in reputed company reporting, reputed company reputed company, experience in reputed company reputed company Ecosystem or reputed company reputed company
• Advanced reputed company BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization, governance)
• Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data wrangling & ETL logic
• Strong ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company, compelling narratives for leadership

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
