Responsibilities

Skills

• Industry relevant undergraduate degree and/or CPM® Certification, HCCP Certification, or other industry recognized designations/certification/license
• 5+ years of reputed company estate reputed company / LIHTC or other relevant industry experience
• A broad understanding of reputed company housing and ability to understand the details of, and advise others in, Low Income Housing Tax Credit program regulations
• Familiarity with various subsidy and grant. programs such as HOME, reputed company 8, SRO, NAHASDA, HOPWA, VA and reputed company of Care
• Strong reputed company estate financial and analytical skills, including reputed company/deal structure, comparative analysis, audit review and identification of underlying reputed company issues
