[Remote] Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will design AI-powered hiring automation tools that reputed company can trust and control while ensuring fair and transparent experiences for job seekers. Responsibilities

• Own interaction design for reputed company configuration and automation UX interfaces where reputed company define preferences and the reputed company acts on their behalf at reputed company
• Design for trust and transparency in AI powered features: reputed company automated reputed company legible, reputed company users meaningful control, and surface the "why" behind reputed company behavior
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, including reputed company teams, to reputed company cohesive and reputed company user experiences
• Translate high-level experience goals and product roadmap priorities into actionable, iterative design solutions
• Use qualitative research, usability testing, A/B testing, and customer feedback to validate and refine design reputed company
• Analyze workflows, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys to identify opportunities to improve usability, satisfaction, and overall experience reputed company
• Incorporate user insights and data-driven findings into the design process to ensure customer needs remain central to product development

Skills

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, reputed company Computer Interaction, Information Design, or reputed company reputed company and a minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience
