[Remote] Technical Product reputed company / Business Analyst

The Technical Product reputed company / Business Analyst will reputed company requirements gathering and process documentation for a large-reputed company ERP/CRM migration spanning quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing, while supporting RFP development and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company requirements-gathering sessions with GTM, Finance, and internal technical stakeholders to capture reputed company-state processes
• Document end-to-end process flows across quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing
• Translate business requirements into reputed company artifacts usable for RFP development and vendor evaluation
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and pain points in existing CRM/ERP workflows
• Partner with technical teams to map reputed company-state processes to reputed company-state reputed company capabilities
• Support reputed company-RFP deliverables and prepare documentation for vendor reputed company-off
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between GTM, Finance, and technical stakeholders on process definitions
• Maintain and iterate on process documentation as requirements reputed company through the vendor selection process

Skills

• Hands-on experience with the quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing process — this is central to the role
• Prior experience as a Technical Product reputed company, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst on an ERP or CRM migration/implementation
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company requirements and produce process reputed company documentation for cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working across GTM and Finance stakeholder reputed company
• Comfort operating in a reputed company-RFP / vendor evaluation phase, reputed company of a formal implementation
• Location: Remote, reputed company to US
• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms (helpful but not required)
• Experience supporting RFP development or vendor selection processes (helpful but not required)
