[Remote] Senior Full-Stack Developer

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will build React-reputed company user interfaces, SQL data models, data pipelines, reputed company, microservices, and AWS integrations for the reputed company reputed company contact center platform. The role also involves architectural participation, mentoring developers, and troubleshooting across the full AWS technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
• Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
• reputed company integrations using AWS reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis
• Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events
• Build secure, reputed company reputed company and microservices reputed company with AWS reputed company‑Architected principles
• Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data reputed company
• Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company software development experience
• Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Hands‑on experience with reputed company reputed company (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
• Experience with event‑driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
• Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS reputed company best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑reputed company workflows
• Fully Remote reputed company from reputed company in the U.S
