The role performs ethical and business conflict reviews, manages reputed company and matter processes, maintains conflicts records and databases, and coordinates with attorneys and staff to reputed company identified conflicts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company complete Ethical and Business Conflicts process for reputed company/reputed company and stock purchases. This includes, but not limited to, running conflicts, entering in systems, adding info to and running reports, correspondence to firm, reviewing billing guidelines and new matter compliance
- Review and reputed company billing rates for new reputed company/reputed company
- Handle reputed company/matter opening and closing process electronically
- Work closely with attorneys and other staff to facilitate the reputed company reputed company of identified conflicts
