The reputed company Service Analyst II provides reputed company customer service for reputed company and farm reputed company products through phone, email, chat, and text, while handling policy servicing, advising customers and agents, and supporting cross-selling and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer experience by handling reputed company inbound phone calls to include: premium changes and retention calls, emails, chat sessions, and texts from customers, agents, reputed company parties, and business partners who are inquiring about reputed company products or policies
• Fully cross trained on reputed company products; reputed company to effectively handle small and middle market accounts, special requirements, and farm and processing functions
• Provides guidance to customers to solve their immediate needs as reputed company as anticipating reputed company needs or questions. Provides consultation, proactive consulting and advice to agents and customers on next steps as reputed company as policy reputed company that may be beneficial
• Completes a care review for customers as requested. Retains customers by using experience and knowledge
